Job Description
As an HR Generalist at High Pointe Property Group, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Officer and HR Manager in various facets including:
- Employee Relations: Events, Employee Concerns, Employee Engagement programs
- Training and Development
- 201 Filing and Documentation
- Recruitment
- Labor Relations
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Management (Government Vouchers, Payroll, Remittances, Loans Processing, Final Pay etc)
- Timekeeping
Qualification:
- Graduate of Psychology or BSBA HRDM course.
- Applicants with at least 2-3 years of experience in General HR is a huge advantage
- Amenable to work onsite at High Pointe Medical Hub, Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- People person and assertive.
- Fast learner and versatile.
- Result Oriented is very much preferred.

Salary: From Php17,00.00 per month
