QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Medical Allied Course
• With at least 6 months of related work experience
• With good written and oral communication skills
• With attention to details, persuasive, interpersonal/people skills, initiative and flexible

Job Purpose:

This position focuses on providing assistance in improving the operational systems and processes and is responsible for general management of administrative functions of the department thereby providing aid in all areas to keep Corporate HealthCare Management Department operational at maximum capacity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT & ATTENDANCE MONITORING

• Facilitates day to day daily tasks that have been delegated by the AM or Manager.
• Ensures that all retainer clinics shall have corresponding relievers in the absence of retainer personnel by overseeing the sourcing activities of MAO and HR POC
• Acts as point person during nurses and doctor’s leave of absence and maintaining close coordination with HR team when in need of relievers.
• Process Onsite / Offsite LOE in a timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor a roster of outstanding offsite APE Providers for pooling and assignment of APE of Corporate Accounts based on their preference and requirements

2. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Process and Function improvements through close coordination with the AMs/ Manager and Clients.
• Ensures the alignment and compliance of the team to the departmental goals and objectives

3. REPORTS

Responsible for the following reports:

• Weekly attendance report
• Reliever deployment and request report
• Weekly Offsite APE statistics

4. OTHERS

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
