Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all drilling operations and ensuring the efficient and safe execution of drilling activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement drilling plans and strategies
- Manage drilling teams and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Optimize drilling performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Manage drilling equipment inventory and maintenance
- Prepare and present drilling reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of drilling techniques and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
