Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to coworkers and other departments.
- Assist with the preparation and scanning of documents.
- Monitor, record, and review documents.
- Administrative Support for travel requirements (Local & International).
- Coordinate with Travel Agencies (Local & International).
- Monitor/Coordinate with Housekeeper, Drivers & Messengers.
- Perform general office administrative and logistical support for Sunasia Energy Inc and its affiliates (ex. travel arrangements, file administration, etc.).
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Educational level: Bachelor’s/College Degree (Graduate).
- Work experience: At least 1 year.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn.
- Hardworking, collaborative, and honest.
- Available to start immediately.
