Job Description
As an IT Service Desk | Technical Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective technical support to our esteemed customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving various IT-related issues, including software and hardware problems.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong problem-solving skills and be well-versed in different operating systems, software applications, and network concepts. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required as you will be interacting with customers over phone, email, or chat, providing step-by-step instructions and resolving their concerns in a timely manner.

- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Assisting with network configuration and connectivity problems
