Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides personal, secretarial, and general administrative support to the division’s staff, partners, and other top-level executives.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and scheduling of division staff’s on-site reporting and project assignment
- Scheduling of Division Meetings (townhall, etc)
- Arrangement of logistics for Division-related events (Trainings Socials, Christmas parties, etc)
- Creation and monitoring of Pursuits
- Monitoring of client leads
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Drafts and finalizes proposals, reports, and letters
- Monitors e-mails of immediate superior and ensure that urgent matters are responded immediately
- Updates calendar and contact lists of division staff
- Prepares requests for cash and supplies
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or other related fields
- At least one year of experience working as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or other secretarial position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Ability to understand instructions with little or no follow-up
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Willing to work under Hybrid arrangement (onsite thrice a week)

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php240,00.00 per month
