Job Description
The receptionist attends to visitors, deals with inquiries on the phone, and provides administrative support across the organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for directing incoming calls
- Greet, welcome and assist visitors appropriately
- Provide basic information about the Firm when needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area at all times
- Assist executive assistants with their work
- Handle flow of people and monitor access of visitors to the office premises
- Notify staff members of visitor’s arrival
- Issue medicine/s to staff members
- Assist Finance Division for: Issuance of OR & Petty Cash
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related fields
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
