Job Description
Responsible for providing support to the Processing area.
- Review items submitted through the processing inbox and through on-line solutions,
- logging into the PensionPro processing queue and determining if the requests are in Good Order.
- Process Tier I transactions
- Follow-up on on-hold items on behalf of the other transaction coordinators, as needed
- Maintain high standard of quality work and production goals, both individually and as a team
- Communicates effectively with Plan Sponsors, Plan Advisors, Plan Providers, and Internal Office Staff
- Begin learning procedures, laws, and other facets that may impact processing
- Participation in key projects as assigned
- Outstanding TRA Corporate Citizen dedicated to maintaining TRA’s reputation at all times in the communities we touch
- Perform other job related duties or special projects as required
