Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- Preferably CPA but not required
- With the skills, mastery, knowledge, and understanding in all phases, and could meet set standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- With two (2) years related work experience in a senior position in a manufacturing firm
- Well versed in BIR, PEZA, and SEC rules and reporting requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bank Reconciliation
- Reconciles details of book against bank transactions per month
- Coordinates with treasury section on erroneous bank debits, bank statements, and copies of debit and credit memos
- Prepares bank reconciliation per bank and detail monthly bank charges and outstanding checks
- Monitors unreleased and stale checks
Expense Reports
- Prepares comparative monthly and year to date expense and asset report
- Prepares and distributes monthly budget and expense monitoring sheet report
Investment Reports
- Prepares comparative monthly expense report
- Invest
