Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. Sapient is looking for dedicated Tech Support Representatives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve technical issues
- Communicate technical information to customers clearly
- Escalate technical issues to internal technical teams for resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with customers and internal technical teams
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions and provide reports to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework in tech or related field preferred
- Experience is not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
