Job Description
- Plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations.
- Reorganize or hire staff to expand operations in collaboration with human resources.
- Handle business finances and plan the budget with the help of finance and accounting leaders and team members.
- Oversee marketing and promotions for a company’s products and services (Related to Food Testing, ASF Testing, Water Testing, Pharma & Cosmetic Testing).
- Manage Purchase Orders, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
- Can handle BIR permits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexible and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Photoshop.
- Effective communication skills in both Filipino and English languages, both oral and written, by phone and by emails.
- Good decision-making skills. Works hard. Resourceful, creative, and has the initiative in developing solutions to the problems encountered.
- Willing to travel if needed. Having own vehicle with a valid driver’s license are pluses.
- Above all, must be always honest and trustworthy, and willing to do what it takes to achieve company and personal goals.
- Lives close to the lab in Brgy. Halang, Calamba City. Lodging allowances can be provided to deserving candidates.
