Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts for business planning and decision-making
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and monitor performance
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are also essential for this role. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills are required.
