Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Associate Dean for Administrative and Student Services. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Dean and assist with various tasks related to student services.
Responsibilities include managing the Associate Dean’s calendar, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing events. You will also be responsible for maintaining student records, assisting with admissions procedures, and providing support to students concerning academic and administrative inquiries.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in computer systems and standard software packages is essential. Previous experience in an administrative or student services role is desirable.
