Job Description
Qualification and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in the Printing Industry is an advantage
- Preferably can operate offset machines
Responsibilities:
- Monitor offset running status and production output
- Endorsement of Job Order for offset project
- Oversees and monitors inventory
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and recommend solutions
- Checking of calibration/settings of machine
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Perform quality assurance and quality control for each project
- Preparation of project study
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Analyze project progress and when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Monitor machine chemicals
- Check colorsep output
- Schedule offset and cutter for running and cutting
- Check Job Orders
- Coordinate for delivery
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management
