Job Description
Bound for Diego Garcia Island, British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT)
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Assist in performance management processes
- Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Job Type: Contract
Salary: From Php67,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 4 years (Preferred)
