Job Description
Payables and Disbursements
- Processes disbursement transactions as requested
- Receives follow-ups from suppliers for payments
- Tags bank disbursement transactions
- Prepares Schedule of Payables
- Prepares Summary of Expense report
- Files all received and accomplished vouchers
Others:
- Performs other tasks that are deemed necessary as assigned by immediate superior
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy, or any business/management-related course
- 1 year of experience as an Accounting Clerk (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php15,911.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
