Remote Employee BPO Philippines Inc. has an outstanding job opportunity for you as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist.
Role: Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,00 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (if applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 12:00 am to 9:00 am, Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO (Work From Office)
Responsibilities:
- Research and provide leads in real estate (e.g. pre-foreclosure, absentee owner, etc.)
- Contact property owners, validate information, negotiate prices, and close deals
- Generate leads in real estate
- Cold call potential sellers and investors
- Prepare documents and findings
- Contribute to basic marketing or social media tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Past experience in real estate
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Patience
