Job Description
The HR Assistant for Compensation and Benefits shall assist the HR Specialist and HR Supervisor for Compensation and Benefits in ensuring timely processing of government-mandated benefits including remittances to respective government agencies and provides support in payroll processes to achieve department’s objectives of attracting, motivating, and retaining engaged employees who are committed to serving the needs of both internal and external customers.
