Shift Manager
- Train and supervise restaurant employees.
- Assist and support the Restaurant Manager in planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
- Oversee front of house operations.
- Develop strategies for improving customers’ dining experience.
- Manage the outstanding bills and cash flow of the restaurant.
