Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Tax Analyst to join our team at our North America Manufacturing division. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing our tax planning strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate tax liabilities and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tax filings and audits.
- Stay updated on tax legislation changes and their impact on our manufacturing operations.
- Assist in implementing tax planning strategies to minimize the company’s tax burden.
- Respond to tax authority inquiries and assist in tax audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of North American tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in tax compliance and preparing tax returns.
- Proficient in utilizing tax software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
