Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a COE Specialist I – ANZ Driver L2. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of strategic and tactical initiatives related to the ANZ Driver program. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop and execute the ANZ Driver program.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to optimize the ANZ Driver program’s performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders during the implementation and maintenance of the ANZ Driver program.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement or concern.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to the ANZ Driver program and make recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing complex programs in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of ANZ Driver program concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
