Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Risk Controls and Policies Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of risk controls and policies within our finance department.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of risk control frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address control gaps and weaknesses in financial processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on risk assessments and control effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging risk management trends.
