Job Description
Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for customer service? ANZ Merchant is currently seeking a COE Specialist I to join our team.
As a COE Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our ANZ Merchant clients. Your main duties will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our merchant services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide prompt and professional assistance
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to merchant services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping
