Job Description
As a Lead Specialist in Learning and Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our training programs to foster employee growth and development. You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that align with the organization’s goals and help drive employee performance to new heights.
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and facilitate engaging training sessions. You will utilize a range of instructional methods and technologies to create effective learning experiences, including e-learning platforms, simulations, and social learning tools. Your expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design principles will be key in developing impactful training content.
As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of learning specialists to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of training initiatives. You will also evaluate training effectiveness and continuously seek ways to improve learning outcomes and return on investment.
