Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives and Technical Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
As a Technical Service Representative, your role will involve assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products or services. You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and escalating complex cases if needed.
Key Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving abilities
