Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Formplas Technology Corp., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales Leads:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through market research and networking efforts.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base and reach new markets.
- Meet Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and quotas within defined timelines.
- Create and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Close deals in a timely and efficient manner to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide Sales Support and Customer Service:
- Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Address client questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products or services.
Qualifications:
- At least College Level.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willing to assign in Alabang Muntinlupa.
- Willing to Undergo Training.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
Ability to Commute:
- Muntinlupa City (Preferred)
