Job Description

Work Days / Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time

Work Location: Makati+Mandaluyong

Work Setup: Office

Salary: PHP 30,00 – 35,00

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide general support to clients and business partners
  • Provide support to Country Manager as executive assistant when needed on external affairs

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as Office Admin Manager
  • Must have experience in MS Office applications
  • Must have experience in Vendor management
  • Must have experience in People management
  • Must be Detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php 30,00.00 – Php 35,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift
