Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. Your main duties will include preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, monitoring budgets, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and preparing progress reports.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation abilities. You must also have a thorough understanding of construction contracts, quantity surveying techniques, and cost control procedures. Proficiency in using industry software and a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field are essential.
