DYNAMIC OF THE ROLE (Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job)

They assist HR managers with recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes. Prepare and maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation. Work closely with managers on performance reviews and personnel issues.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE (The value that the person will add)

• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Psychology.
• At least 6 months in Recruitment and other related work but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
