Job Description

Fredley Group of Companies brought to the Philippines different international brands such as Macao Imperial Tea, Nabe, Mitasu Yakiniku, Hosaku International Buffet, and Liang Crispy Roll.

Currently, we are in need of talents who could help us with our humble success.

Position Summary:

• Overall is responsible for hiring and selection of candidates and employer branding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain/Improve the Employee Database
• Handles the end-to-end recruitment process;
• Monitoring and assisting the Managers regarding the Probationary Performance Evaluation
• Handles the Talent Mobility (transfers, promotion, movements of employees)
• Assist the HR Department for labor and employee engagement
• Create Employer branding initiatives
• Develop and plan a strategy in recruiting talents
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Assist the TA Associate in the hiring process if needed
• Helps the Franchisees on hiring by forwarding received resumes
• Champion the “I am Able, I am Different” initiative
• Other related tasks

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or any related degree.

Work Experience:

• At least five (5) years working experience in Food and Restaurant services or related industry

Working Conditions:

• Can start immediately
• Willing to work on-site every Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm at Biak na Bato, Quezon City

Job Types:

• Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

• From Php20,00.00 per month
