Job Description
Qualification:
- 4 years Course/ BSCA or any related course.
- With knowledge in Forwarding business.
Duties:
- Encode the revenue & cost based on KEF system.
- Print drop billing invoice.
- Print costing sheet per shipment/print billing invoice per shipment.
- Prepare AE loading/monitoring of billing report.
- Prepare billing summary/prepare payment request.
- Request free delivery charge.
- Send billing invoices (D/N).
- Prepare MAWB and IATA report.
- Prepare transmittal receipt for insurance O.R.
- Prepare credit memo.
- Prepare PEZA & CASP payment request on a weekly basis.
