Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personnel Evaluation & Monitoring Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the evaluation and monitoring of our personnel’s performance and progress. You will collaborate with the human resources team to develop and implement evaluation strategies and tools, collect and analyze data, and produce insightful reports.
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational and communication abilities. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently are also crucial for this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in creating evaluation strategies and tools
- Collect and analyze data related to personnel performance and progress
- Produce comprehensive reports based on evaluation findings
- Collaborate with the human resources team to develop improvement plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
