Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of cash balances and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Facilitate the invoicing process, issuing accurate and timely invoices to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both cash and receivables.
- Monitor accounts receivable and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Generate regular reports detailing cash flow, outstanding receivables, and financial performances.
- Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
- Perform other tasks that the management may deem necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in cashier and receivables management.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, and reading).
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to compliance.

Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
