Job Description
The HVAC Team Leader will primarily be responsible for undertaking maintenance procedures, regular checks, and routine inspections to ensure statutory compliance.
Role Responsibility:
- Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks, and routine inspections.
- Undertake maintenance, carry out repairs, minor works, and adjustments associated with the installed services incorporating all refrigerant systems throughout the campus as directed.
- Ensure efficient completion of service requested.
- Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and effective use of site systems and equipment.
- Create method statements and risk assessments as required.
- Carry out personal risk assessments of maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain and review stock levels, spares requirement through audit and timely ordering of parts.
- Complete service reports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with company procedures.
- Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Willing to work outside of business hours to ensure maintenance regime is completed and company processes are followed.
- Provide out of hours service cover as directed by the Technical Services Team Lead.
- Supervise manpower.
Requirements:
- Flexible attitude and ability to be a self-starter.
- Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC & mechanical assets.
- Working knowledge of mechanical plant, e.g., Boilers / Chillers / AHU’s & BMS systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and awareness of general health and safety laws and requirements Building Fabric skills.
- Ability to lead.

Salary: From Php700.00 per day
