Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Accounting Manager to oversee general accounting operations for an American real estate company, Whiterock AI. The role will include logging financial data, verifying and validating daily transactions, preparing month-end reporting, leading account receivables (AR), leading account payables (AP), and being the liaison between accounting and our property management team.
Responsibilities:
- Enter financial information into business logs (using our property management software)
- Organize and update all financial records
- Perform weekly bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reporting
- Lead account payables (to vendors/employees) and account receivables (rental income)
Qualifications:
- At least FIVE (5) years of accounting experience, some of which MUST BE for a real estate company – international and American firms exposure is a plus
- Perfect and demonstrable written and spoken English skills
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, and willing to learn a new one
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php280.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
