Job Description
Elabram is seeking a dynamic and experienced ESL instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students in both face-to-face and remote learning settings. The key duties include:
- Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities, and achievements of individual students and groups of students.
- Assigning and correcting student work, providing feedback and assessments.
- Working closely with the Academic Manager on class-related concerns.
- Maintaining good order and discipline in the classroom while prioritizing student safety.
- Participating in staff meetings and school/company events.
