Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our call center department, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and efficient call handling.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and monitoring call center agents, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Managing call queues and optimizing agent productivity
- Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving issues
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback
- Identifying training needs and organizing training sessions
- Preparing call center reports and analyzing data to improve performance
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of successfully supervising a team. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are a must.
