Job Description
Salary: 15,00 – 18,00
With Saturday schedule
- Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to all employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility (first-aid, checking of vital signs, health interview and counseling, dispensing of medicines, etc.) in the absence of the company physician.
- Assesses and determines health status of the employees after illness in the absence of the company physician.
- Renders home/hospital visits to provide necessary care, treatment and assistance to employees visited;
- Attends to medical cases requiring emergency hospital care or treatment;
- Assists the company physician during medical intervention;
- Coordinates with recruitment regarding pre-employment medical requirements of applicants;
- Maintains individual medical files of all employees;
- Supports all Occupational Health and Safety activities;
- Participates in monthly health and safety meeting;
- Assists in conducting Annual Physical Examination of all employees;
- Provides assistance pertaining to HMO and dental benefits of the associates
- Responsible in the preparation of documents/reports for submission to Social Security System and PhilHealth;
- Monitors and maintains filed leave records of all employees;
- Handles monitoring and recording of leave application of associates
- Conducts lecture on health and safety to newly-hired employees;
- Processes HMO and Dental billings;
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
