Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Team Leaders. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of the customer service department.
Your main duties will include providing guidance and support to team members, handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints, and monitoring team performance to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met. You will also be responsible for training new team members, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
