Job Description
The Finance Manager position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proven experience in managing budgets, financial analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company’s financial goals are met
- Manage and monitor financial activities, including budgeting, cash flow management, and expense control
- Conduct regular financial analysis, performance evaluations, and financial forecasting
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
