Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Staff to manage general accounting and financial processes of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents and updating expense files. You will perform financial transactions and post them in the general ledger, with strong attention to detail. You will also carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).
- In charge of monitoring the inventory of the branch assigned to them.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- And other assigned tasks in the Accounting Department.
Qualification:
- CPA but not required
- Graduate in Accounting/Finance
- Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Has confidentiality and integrity
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
