Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Food Ordering (Chat Account) department. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to our customers through chat conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via chat platform
- Assist customers in placing food orders, modifying existing orders, and providing information regarding our services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and addressing customer concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively address customer needs
Requirements:
- Excellent command of written English with strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food ordering platforms or chat support systems is a plus
