Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with adherence to process protocols
- Manage back office communications such as Emails, Text, Chats, and Faxes
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a Senior High School Graduate, Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in any course
- At least 6 months of experience in the Customer Service industry, preferably in the BPO Industry
- Computer literate; MS Office proficiency is a plus
- Type speed of 40 W/M with 90% accuracy
- Detail-oriented; accurately input data in the CRM
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Have a positive attitude at all times
- Highly organized; ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of EPIC and Startel a plus
Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
