Job Description
We are looking for HR professionals who will source and screen candidates that best fit the company’s future goals and help with the end to end onboarding processes. Their duties include establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruiting needs and finding the right candidates. They are tasked with keeping the organization well staffed with the right talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related course
- with 6 months or 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, job portals, and professional networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php16,00.00 per month
