Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a CSR – Content Moderator. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing all user-generated content on our platform to ensure compliance with our guidelines and standards.
Your main duties will include reviewing and approving or rejecting user posts, comments, and messages based on the established guidelines. You will also be responsible for addressing any user concerns or inquiries related to content moderation.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to handle sensitive and potentially offensive content with professionalism and impartiality.
Experience in content moderation or customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidates.
