Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them.
- Manage associate development, merchandising, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention to promote sales and meet profit goals.
- Mediate as necessary when addressing customer complaints or concerns that require immediate solutions.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Maximize the utilization of rank and file employees by checking their schedules.
- Regularly coordinate with the Store Manager and Operations Manager for any changes or improvements in the store.
- Conduct PEP talks and meetings with subordinates.
- Coordinate with other company departments to provide necessary reports.
Qualifications:
- Senior Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Knowledge of trends in the coffee industry.
- Prior work experience as a Cafe Manager is a must; 5 years and above.
- Operates with initiative, commitment, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Motivator.
- Detail-oriented.
- High level of inventory awareness and maintenance.
- Results-driven.

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
