Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Hilton. This role will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks, employee onboarding, and providing support for HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. They should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as they will be liaising with both employees and management on HR matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing and updating HR documents, such as contracts and policies
- Maintaining employee records and databases
- Assisting in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives
