Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- With at least 6-12-month(s) work experience as an HR Recruitment Assistant or similar role
- With experience in handling End-to-End Recruitment process with volume hiring
- Work experience in a Manpower Agency or in a recruitment firm is an advantage
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using MS Office and Google Drive
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, application endorsement, and onboarding)
- Experience in sourcing candidates using different social networks, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent time management and decision-making skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
