Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify diagnostic test results to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of released test results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Releasing of results through Email and pickup.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues in test results, collaborating with laboratory staff to address and resolve concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to test results, handling concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for healthcare providers and patients.
- Monitoring and reporting of pending results to the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1 year experience in a clinic laboratory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and releasing test results.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
