Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- With at least 1-2 years of work experience as a Customer Service Jr. Manager or similar roles
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in providing customer service support and supply chain management
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Have experience handling and receiving orders
- Strong with process orientation mindset and structure thinking
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong client-facing and multi-tasking skills
- CAN START ASAP
